Pushkar Camel Fair

Pushkar and religion aside, I am not here for any of that. I am here for the Pushkar Camel Fair which is the worlds largest camel fair. Over 20 - 40 thousand (depends what literature you read, lets just say a lot) camels decend upon the sand dunes on the west side of the city, where herders from all over Rajasthan gather to parade, race and trade their camels. I have never seen so many camels in my life and the best way to describe the scene is it looks like a refugee camp for camels. It's crazy!
